The program includes a Montessori school and apartments for the locals. The Montessori school has a lobby, four classrooms, four offices, a library, an indoor and outdoor playground. The apartments have 10 units total, 5 studio units and 5 suite units. The main concept of this project is to differentiate the two programs while having an element, the library, that ties the programs together. This library also overlooks the intersection of the town, the character view of Staunton.
